All our jewelry is made with 925 sterling silver unless otherwise mentioned.

3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified.
We accept payments via Razorpay, which includes options such as UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
4. Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud.
In such cases, any payment made will be refunded in full.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery time varies depending on location but typically ranges between 3–7 business days within India. (Out of the india it will take around 10-15 days )
We use reputable courier partners and provide tracking details once the order is dispatched.
6. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for unused and undamaged items.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and condition.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever comes first.
After dispatch, cancellations are not accepted; you may opt for a return as per our policy.
